What are these made out of? Will they break easily? We precision-manufacture our trainers using high-density, impact-resistant industrial polymers. While lightweight and optimized for smooth motion, the internal structures are engineered with a solid infill reinforcement grid to comfortably withstand standard desk drops and consistent flipping practice. They are tough, but remember they are polymer tools—treat them with care and avoid dropping them onto hard surfaces like concrete.

Why does the surface have a unique texture and faint lines? That is the hallmark of high-end, premium 3D printing. We print our components on specialized textured build plates to give them a non-slip, scratch-resistant matte feel that drastically improves grip. Faint horizontal layer lines and micro-textures are a natural characteristic of the professional additive manufacturing process, ensuring every single piece is unique.

Is the trainer dangerous? Not at all. The master profile features a completely non-edged, unsharpened perimeter and a modified blunt safety tip. There is absolutely no cutting edge or puncture hazard, allowing you to master advanced combos without the risk of slicing your fingers. However, because it is a fast-moving kinetic tool, it should always be handled responsibly and kept away from the face and eyes during rapid flipping sequences.

Shipping & Production

Why hasn't my order shipped yet? Because we operate a custom production studio, many of our specialized colorways are built to order. The shipping timeline you select at checkout dictates carrier transit time only, not our internal production queue. Standard fulfillment typically takes 2–4 business days before leaving our facility.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. However, international buyers are entirely responsible for ensuring that dexterity novelties and skill trainers comply with their local municipal codes. We are not responsible for packages delayed or held by regional customs enforcement.

Orders & Support

Can I return my item if I change my mind? Because our items are custom manufactured in limited batches, we accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that return processing is subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover custom handling, and final sale items are non-refundable.

My item arrived broken. What do I do? If the carrier damaged your package in transit, we’ve got you covered. Send clear photos of the damaged shipping box and the product to our support team at support@fidgetknife.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will immediately expedite a replacement component to you.
