Refund Policy

We implement a strict 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unused, unmanipulated, and in its original, unopened packaging. You will also need to provide your order number or digital proof of purchase.

Important Note: Physical items sent back to our production studio without first submitting an official return request will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages & Material Issues

Please inspect your package immediately upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours if the item arrived damaged due to carrier handling, is structurally defective, or if you received the incorrect colorway, so that we can evaluate the issue and immediately expedite a replacement component.

Non-Returnable Items & Processing Fees

Certain items are entirely excluded from standard returns:

  • Custom Colorways & Limited Batches: Items manufactured as part of custom drops or specialized configurations cannot be returned.

  • Promotions: We cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance inventory, or digital gift cards.

  • Restocking Fees: Approved returns for non-defective, buyer-remorse items are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover custom manufacturing and handling costs. The customer is entirely responsible for tracking and return shipping costs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to secure a different variant or colorway is to complete the return process for the item you currently have. Once your return is officially accepted, you may execute a completely separate purchase for the new model on our storefront.

Refunds & Processing Windows

We will notify you via email the moment we have received, unpacked, and inspected your returned item to confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banking institutions and credit card issuers frequently require additional processing windows to clear and post the funds to your account statement.
