Production & Processing Time

• Built to Order: Every item on our site is precision-manufactured and hand-assembled in our production studio.

• Standard Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for production, quality inspection, and packaging before your item ships.

• High-Volume Periods: During peak product drops or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 14–21 business days. We will notify you via email if your order faces any manufacturing delays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS.

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days via premium carriers.

• Important Note: Choosing expedited shipping only accelerates the transit time with the carrier; it does not bypass the standard production and processing time required to manufacture your item.

Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the label.

Damages & Lost Packages

Our studio is not responsible for products lost or stolen during transit if the carrier confirms delivery to your address. If your order arrives physically broken due to transit handling, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our support team here within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can expedite a replacement component for you.
